使用 ReadyStart 申请你的 AWS SES 生产环境权限

一份可直接使用的申请模板，帮你快速通过 AWS SES 沙箱审核。

新 AWS SES 账号默认在沙箱模式，只能发送给已验证的邮箱。要发送给任意用户，需要申请生产环境权限。

申请步骤

  1. 进入 AWS 控制台 → SES → Account dashboard
  2. 点击 Request production access
  3. 填写表单：
    • Mail type：Transactional
    • Website URL：你的生产环境 URL
    • Use case description：复制下面的模板，根据自己的项目适当修改

复制以下模板，将所有 [YOUR_...] 占位符替换为你的实际信息，并根据你的项目调整邮件类型和发送量：

注意：申请内容建议用英文填写，AWS 审核团队主要使用英文。

Types of Emails:

- User registration verification code – to ensure account security
- Password reset – to help users recover their account
- Welcome email after registration – to guide users to use our service
- Account deletion confirmation – to verify important actions
- Subscription/package purchase confirmation – to notify successful transactions
- Team invitation – to invite members to join organizations

All emails are system notifications only. We do not send marketing
or promotional content.

Expected Sending Volume:

- 500–2,000 emails per day (mainly user registration and password reset)
- May increase to 5,000/day as user base grows

Email Management Policies:

Unsubscribe Management:
- Unsubscribe page: [YOUR_CONSOLE_URL]/unsubscribe?email=example@example.com
- Users can opt out of non-essential emails anytime
- System automatically handles unsubscribe requests

Customer Support:
- Support email: [YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL]
- Commitment to respond within 24 hours

Technical Handling:
- Automated monitoring and processing of bounced emails
- Prompt removal of invalid email addresses
- Using AWS SES feedback mechanism to handle complaints
- Regular review of sending quality and user feedback

Compliance Commitment:
- Strictly follow CAN-SPAM regulations
- Maintain good sending reputation
- Optimize email content and sending strategies continuously

Additional Information:
- Domain verification and DKIM configuration completed
- Only send necessary system notifications explicitly requested by users
- No spam or unauthorized marketing emails
- Full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on the website

the sandbox and into production.

  • 审批通常需要 24 小时
  • 如果被拒，查看拒绝邮件，补充更多细节后重新提交
